Escada Cherry In The Air

Summer is for fun, enjoying life, and taking in the fresh air as you go. Riding a bicycle in the French countryside, you stop on the way to pick some cherries and share them with loved ones. The sweet cherry taste brings to mind the pleasurable, breathtaking, and out-of-this-world feeling of falling in love, and that special summer when it came about. Notes:Black Cherry, Raspberry, Mandarin, Marshmallow, Gardenia, Coconut, Sandalwood, Oakwood. Style:Fun. Pleasurable. Special.

Questions & Answers for Escada Cherry In The Air

Question
Fruit or Floral?
I am looking for a really fruity scent for summer, something that is a noticeable fruit scent with very little or no floral undertones. I am hoping that this might be the fruity scent that I have been searching for but many of the comments I have read give the impression that this perfume might have some noticeable floral undertones. Are the floral undertones for this perfume noticeable? Is there another fruity type scent that you would recommend that might be good for summer?

I definitely think it's more fruity than floral. The item description says there are notes of gardenia, but I really dislike the smell of gardenia and I can't detect it at all in this perfume. When I bought a bottle at my local Sephora today, it was the last one left. It's selling like crazy so evidently a lot of people like it.

I would definately say this is more fruity than anything. I don't really notice the floral notes. Just a nice deep fresh cherry and not imitation cherry either.

I am a perfume lover and in all honesty, I love this one! However, it sounds as though you would like something more like Escadas Island Kiss, as it is a lot more fruity with no floral (that I notice anyway). When I am in the mood for a fruity scent, I always grab Island Kiss!

This is a very light and fruity scented fragrance that has a soft powdery floral undertone.

Question
Comparable to Britney Spears' "Fantasy"??
This might be a weird question but it's more of a curiosity really....

I got a sample of this to see if I wanted to buy the full product and I was wondering if anyone else shared the same opinion as me in regards to the fragrance. Does anyone else find that this fragrance reminds them of the pink ball perfume, "Fantasy", by Britney Spears?? I just want to know if it's just me and if I'm just crazy? lol

I sprayed some on and actually got a compliment from a guy working at BestBuy....then I asked him, you don't think it's too strong? And he said no it's just the right amount of fragrance, I'm getting slight whiffs and it's nice.

So not sure, let me know what you think? Thanks
