If your lips are dry, I have read reviews that suggest maybe not because the color will pigment the dried bits and make them stand out.
To remove, I use a little cold cream (old fashion, I know, but it works). Apply a fairly generous amount and let it sit for a minute then wipe off. comes clean every time.
I recommend the lipstick, but review the ingredients list first and make sure there is nothing that will irritate your lips.
I do not find that it is difficult to get off at all(I have a hard time keeping it on). If you are sensitive, be aware that this lipstick has fragrance.

Not sure about how natural they are but this lipstick is amazing. I have super sensitive skin and I love this formula. It stays on for a few hours and doesn't irritate my lips at all (no dryness). The smell is great too (not overpowering). Also, try their 0 flaw foundation (it is truly perfect for sensitive/combination skin).
