It contains two Oxide ingredients (I forget the actual name as I had since returned the product). One of them is over 3%. I am allergic to anything oxide and one use of this product made my skin itchy and red. The oxide is for the SPF.

This type of sunscreen could not harm your face. I too am allergic to certain ingredients, but this one does no harm. I'm golden...

It states Octinoxate 7.5% and Zinc Oxide 3.4%
