You can buy them in jars or in packets. I prefer the packets because it seems cleaner and I can take it with me when I travel.

You have to check the description carefully - they still make both. The version I ordered with the 5 bonus peels contained individually packages, which I strongly prefer to the jar because it's much easier to travel with and no risk of the pads drying out. Look for "packettes" in the description.

This set of 30 daily peel original formula with 5 bonus extra strength is a set of 35 total two step treatments in individual foil packets. Each packet has the step 1 pad separated from the step 2 pad. The pads are also sold in jars but that is another set.

Question
Did anyone ditch other products in their routine after using this?
My daily morning routine is: gentle face wash, toner, serums for face/around eyes and then I moisturize. Then at night, I wash my face and apply my eye serum/creams as well as sometimes will apply a night cream/moisturizer. As you can tell, I am pretty dedicated (ha) and I am wondering when I start using these will I eliminate any steps or should I do it at night? Trying not to mix more than I do...

I do mine at night and then moisturize after letting it cool off for a few. I have had good results doing it that way. :)

I don't really ditch anything completely out of my routine. I use these only at night since that's when your skin and body repair itself. At night i use a cream cleanser followed by a gentle toner, eye cream, serum and moisturizer. That's my normal routine. I use these peels after my cleanser and since they exfoliate i skip my toner on the nights i use these but then go back to my toner on days i don't. And i only use these once or twice a week depending. To save money i also cut them in half and whats left i put in a ziploc bag.

I replaced all my other toners for this product. My regime now, before bed, is remove makeup as necessary, cleanse skin, use step 1 and step 2 of this peel, and then finish with a nighttime moisturizer.

I have a set routine also. The only thing that I ditched was using my retinol, which I usually put on at night. Also, I ditched the retinol because I was only using it to stop me from getting breakouts and to take away my dark spots. These pads do that for me. Other than that, I still do my wash, clarisonic, and moisture.

I would say so. I noticed a difference in my skin after the first use. I bought the 14 day trial which also has a serum, and after that I noticed a huge difference in my skin, and I bought the 30-day box.
The immediate difference is just a small dose of the difference you will see after continued use. :)

I would say use it for 5-7 days and then give it a rest for the same amount of days and use the product again. If you have decent skin, you may be able to do 5 days in a row each month.

I wouldn't recommend daily use (even though it says you can) since there are acids in this such as glycolic acid which makes your skin sensitive to the sun and could also be over drying. But it is all personal preference. I prefer to use these as a peel and use only once or twice a week. I cut mine in half too to save money. But remember its all kind of trial and error what works best for your skin. What works for one may not work for some.

I know people always say moisturize but I have found with this product that it does moisturize my face and hydrate my face after using a face wash that causes my face to get tight and a little dry. So I use no moisturizer at night time. I let the peel do it's thing.
I recommend using this at night time after you've washed makeup off and are getting ready for bed. No sense in putting anything on after. You don't want to pile product on top of product.

Question
how long?
Curious how long it takes others to do this peel? I feel like my cloth never really gets "dry". About how long should I be doing each step?

I don't wait for the cloth to get dry. I just rub it all over my face in circles twice for good measure and then wait two minutes before repeating with the second cloth. Then, I wait another two minutes and put on my night cream.

My wipes never get completely dry either. I usually swipe them all over my face and do that for about 10-15 sec for each pad. That doesn't sound like a long time but when your counting it out it actually is. When im done with the first wipe i usually wait longer than the two minutes to use my second one i usually wait 5-10 minutes to make sure the first one really gets soaked in and active (if that makes sense). Then i use my second one. I also recommend cutting them in half to get more for your money.

I don't think it really matters, just until your skin is covered in the liquid. I wouldn't expect the pads to get dry.

Question
rosacea prone skin?
I have a not too bad case of rosacea. But it will flare up if I overdo it with anything drying or over exfoliating. I even had to stop using my clarisonic with sensitive brush head on most of my face. Any opinions or experiences regarding how sensitive this may be?

Going to answer my own question here now that I have tried out this product. With my very sensitive skin,I had to stop all mechanical exfoliating. So i decided to give this a go. I feel it really has helped maintain the clarity of my skin and even improve a without harshness. Its hard to say because I changed a lot of things in my skin care regime as what I thought was adult acne was actually rosacea and needed much more gentle treatment.i started out with daily use,in winter, and it was too drying and my cheeks started to flush easier. So i am now using this every other night. I may try to use more when it gets hot and sticky if I feel it is needed. I also cut the pads in half which likely reduces the amount of product on my skin. Overall,I am extremely happy with these. I hope this may help another person with skin like mine. Just start slow. Get a sample if you are weary.but if you have a reaction,it can be returned. Im so grateful for Sephpra's return policy.

Sephora is wonderful about give you samples. Try it once and see if your skin tolerates it. Rosacea prone skin is so sensitive. Per the product website, it says ," Ideal for acne and rosacea." As it's so costly, I would hate for you to get it only to come out looking like a boiled lobster.

Don't do it. I'm about to post a review, but the short version is, I have sensitive skin—though not as sensitive as yours, from what you say about the Clarisonic—and even using this once every 2-3 days made me break out.

I've been using them there and while I noticed better results on the forehead, cheeks, and chin, the product has not had any adverse effects on this area. The second pad in each pack is nice and soothing. I feel like the product has caused overall smoothing.

I wouldn't recommend a toner before the peel because the peel is already going to do the toner's job. If you tone and then use the peel then your skin may start to become sensitive.

I normally do use toner before, cause it can at least clean up my face before the peel. Most spa will clean your face, squeeze out all the blk heads before they do any peel.

You don't have to use the toner as the peel will strip it anyways. The day you use the peel you can skip any scrub, exfoliating mask or toner and just clean your face, apply peel and your skin will be ready to drink-in your favorite serum and/or moisturizer.
