Is the Clinique Happy Rollerball refillable?

answer 1
No. Rollerballs are typically non-refillable due to the nature of their packaging. Pulling out the ball/plug mechanism for dispensing the perfume may weaken the seal and cause the fragrance to spill everywhere as the seal integrity would be compromised. Hope this helps.
