The highlighter is VERY shimmery. The blush has shimmer in it too, but not too much. Its very pretty and doesn't go on too strongly, I swipe it a few times to get the color on my cheeks.

No this will not be available at every sephora store. Only the stores that carry this brand. I know you could even find it at some jcpennys sephoras. There is a way fine out if your local sephora carries it or not by looking at it online,www.sephora.com. When you look up this palette online there is a tab you can click on to see if your local sephora carries this palette.
