Which order does one use these products?

Hi! I just wanted a quick review of how to use these products and in what order! Do I use the illuminator or the perfecting primer first? How and where should I apply them? I ordered this kit and received it today and am anxious to try it, but want to know precisely how to use it! Thanks for any help you may have for me! =)

Here's how I use it:

First I apply the primer all over my face. This helps smooth out fine lines and pores, and preps the surface for any further makeup. Like any other primer, this should help prolong your makeup.

If I use liquid foundation that day, I put that step here. I'd apply a light coverage foundation all over.

Then I apply the Illuminator (the pale flesh colored liquid from the pen) over any areas I need to further conceal or brighten, like blemishes, undereye circles, redness around my nose, and those ( shaped hollows around my mouth.

Lastly, I swirl a brush in the Meteorites powder and sweep it over my face to help set the liquid products and to get a diffused, soft focus effect.

Question

Is this set suitable for very fair skin with pink undertones?

I have a "strawberries & cream" complexion, the kind that goes with burnished gold-red hair. I notice the color of the concealer In this kit isn't the lightest available. I'm always on that extreme end of the spectrum when it comes to shades. "Fair with pink undertones" is how I've learned to describe it.

So, is this set going to be at least "ok, worth trying" for me? Thanks for your help!
