I don't know about silicone of nut based ingredients but I can speak to fragrance. I have a sensitivity to fragrance and this product does not bother my skin at all. In fact it makes my skin look better than it has in a very long time.

My skin is extremely sensitive, I'm allergic to propylene glycol, benzocaine, quarternian something or other, plus a bunch of other ingredients found in many cosmetics. This product works for me and in fact seems to have calmed my skin down and made it feel stronger.

You have a bottle? Me too! I bought it that way!
In all seriousness, and in most skincare cases, I would assume this has a shelf life of around 6 months, give or take. But I wouldn't hold on to it/use it after 12 months. Ingredients start to breakdown, become less effective and in worst case scenarios, cause nasty reactions that wouldn't have occurred otherwise. Hope this helps.

I actually don't have to use very much at all. I would say about 6-8 weeks?
