This stick has a twist function on the buttom. You will not need a sharpener. Just like any lipstick you apply it holding it a bit tilted to avoid flattening it completely.

No, you do not need a sharpener because you turn the stick at the bottom. Thanks for asking!

No. you do not need a sharpener as it comes in a retractable pencil form, though the lipstick is like a chubby balm

No you do not need a sharpener. It twists up from the bottom. If you want to refine the pointed end, just use a tissue and gently smooth the end to a refined tip.

This lip balm goes up and down in the case when you twist it, just like a lipstick. I have never sharpened any of mine. I just use one side all the time so that it doesn't get flat on top. I like mine to have an angle like a lipstick, so mine don't stay pointy in the center. They're very soft, so a sharpener would probably just make a big mess.

You don't need a sharpener! The Chubby Sticks just twist up, so you're not wasting any product by sharpening.

I just bought Heftiest Hibiscus and really love it. It's a pinkish coral color. I have really fair skin and it adds a nice pop of color.

The color, definitely. That being said, I love the moisture-level! I'm a chapstick-addict, and for the days that I wear Chubby Stick Intense, it replaces my need for chapstick entirely.

The color is much more intense than the regular one. You can never go wrong with any Clinique chubby stick coz every color will blend on your lips.

It's the color. The regular Chubby Sticks are sheer color; these are opaque.

Hi Islandlife. The Clinique Chubby Stick Intense Moisturizing Lip Colour Balm is described by the brand as not quite sheer, not quite opaque—but something perfectly in between. It has more pigment than the original formula.

I think any color will be good on any skin tone because it really blends well on the lips. It's like it absorbs it and makes your lips looking moisturized and healthy. The only downside is that it doesn't stay long.

I am Caucasian, but I think Broadest Berry would work for anyone but especially for those with light-medium to deep skintones--maybe not for those who are ultra-fair. Works for me anyway! Very flattering shade and appropriate for day or evening.

Question
Best Chubby Color For Fair Skin Tone
I have fair skin and green hazel eyes... I am wondering which Chubby Stick color might look best for me w/my skin tone & eye color. Oh, also my hair is blonde. I usually wear natural makeup, but I am leaning towards Watermelon (because I want a pop of color on my lips...) Any help or suggestions would be great! Thanks in advance :-)

I have your same coloring and eye color and these were very flattering on me:
Broadest Berry, grandest grape, chunkiest chili, curviest caramel

If your like me, it's hard to find a good shade. These were all perfect!

I also have blonde hair and green eyes and I wear "Curviest Caramel." It's almost like a nude with a touch of brown. Seems to go well with the nude lip liner I use as well.
