Unfortunately, yes. Clinique products are sold in China, a country that REQUIRES cosmetics to be tested on animals. While I do not believe that Clinique does the actual testing, by selling in China they automatically give the Chinese government permission to test their products on animals. Because the EU ban only affects NEW products, companies can still sell their current and older products in China and still adhere to the EU ban on animal testing. This isn't just Clinique, ANY company that sells in China must have their products tested on animals.
