Yes they can be worn wet or dry. They are very pigmented when used dry so I haven't even felt the need to try them wet. But you can. They are gorgeous, by the way. I own 4 colors

answer 5
YES! I use them wet and dry. I prefer dry, really makes the powder stick without fall out :)

answer 6
Yes, the texture is just like baked eye shadows so it makes a creamy paste when wet and then dries nicely in the pan and on your eyes.

answer 7
Absolutely. Wet application will yield a foiled appearance as these are metallic. I love to foil the golden taupe color all over the lid and then pat the golden peach and taupe into the outer corners of the eye. I've only worn this with a primer but the staying power is impressive.

Not really. I bought the Sephora Collection Primal Instincts Eyeshadow Palette and that works wet and dry fabulously!

It looks pink on my screen, and I don't have a Sephora near me.

I would say it is more of a bronze color than pink. I use a darker brown in the creases to bring out the bronze.

Question
Is this a new formula or the same as the old Prisma shadow?
A year or two ago, I found shadows in Sephora that were in square compacts with their own mirror, which were also labeled as "prisma" shadows, I think - they were in black, navy blue, purple, gold, and two or three neutrals. They were $16 each, and they did not seem to sell well and I thought they were discontinued. This appears to be the precise same forumla, but in a new package and shape.

I LOVED the old prisma formula, and am hoping this is the same - does anyone know?

Thanks!

I like this formula much better. I think it has more pigment and goes on much smoother.

I owned several of the old Prisma squares as well. They were all produced as limited editions, and different shades came and went. I have purchased 4 of these new Prisma, and to me they are the same gorgeous texture and finish. I believe they re-worked the shadows for a line up of more wearable neutrals, and packaged them to sell as a permanent part of the Sephora collection. They don't have the extreme black, blue, or orange that the squares had.

Question
Is golden taupe the new bronze?
I have one of these shadows in bronze, which is not listed on the website. I was wondering if they've changed the name of bronze to golden taupe, since the two look similar.

No. There were two very similar in shade. I have both. I am disappointed as it appears that they were all discontinued.

Yep, I purchased the golden taupe and they sent me the bronze which I already owned. So is the grey and silver.

After I ordered golden taupe and received bronze I had the same question, too. Did some detective work and am almost positive that they are the same color.
