Question
Says to use in am also but has retinol so I am confused as I thought you could only use retinol in the pm due to sensitivity to sun.

My opinion was that it does not have enough retinol to make a difference when you use it. It is somewhat greasy and I used it only at night. I would not want to wear it during the day under eye make-up.

Well, this is likely assuming that you are wearing sunscreen and/or protecting your face from direct sun with a hat or glasses. You could use it at night instead, if you are only using to to treat fine lines and wrinkles. If however, you are wanting the little bit of illuminating glow that you get, then that is likely why they recommend using it in the morning. Personally, I'd just use in the evening and then add some kind of illuminator to my face overall, for daytime glow.

I have sensitive skin and decided to use this only at night. I was also puzzled with the description upon first purchase. I just alternate this with my day time eye cream which I already own.

Dermatologist Fredric Brandt, MD tells ELLE.com "If you're buying over the counter, look for 2% retinol, that is the most percentage permitted by the FDA," informs Brandt. "I use that in my Glow product, which is time released, so the benefits last all day."
