You probably won't need to put it in your quart ziploc, but the package is marked .051 oz so if the TSA agent is especially squirelly you may get called out on it.
It's packed in a very slim packet and fits well inside a quart ziploc. You won't even notice it taking up space, really! And if you need it to be even more compact, open up the packet and fold it into a snack size ziploc. Seal it while pressing out all air, and it's even tinier.
I personally would NOT travel without one of these! They truly are miracle workers for dry, post-flight skin.

No need to contain this item in a ziplock for travel - each mask comes in an individually sealed pouch.

These masks are individually sealed in their own foil packet. I don't see why you would have a problem with taking them on the plane. If you feel the packet, the gel does not feel apparent because its packed between a plastic sheet and a paper sheet. Like its not swimming in gel/liquid or anything. I would say just pack them in your carry on and I doubt anyone will notice. If they do an extra check and someone asks you what it is, just say its a sheet mask for your skin. I really don't think it'll be a problem.
I have traveled with these masks many times and never have put the packet in my quart bag.
it is already in a sealed package and should not need to be in the ziploc baggie
