No. This is a clear cream that has a slimy texture when it goes on (due to the mucin), but dries completely smooth, clear & invisible. This cream/gel has no tint at all.

I apply my retinol and wait about 15-20 minutes (for it to dry). Then I apply this cream.
So far, it works well.
I had been using a program from my dermatologist, which was MUCH pricier.
This combination works as well on my fine lines.
I hope it works for you as well as it is for me.
