what did i get ????

I have bought this set thinking it is the best value set ever for a PR 1 million, used just the eau de toilet and realized it was too good to be true, this cologne is supposed to have an amazing projection and very long lasting the one i got was very far from that 10min couldnt even smell it on me, no one noticed i changed my cologne went as far ask asking couple of my coworkers if they smell it and they didn't , it is amazingly volatile, i dont know if it is diluted or what ? please let me know what you think ?
