How long does it take to REALLY notice some skin improvement?

I have mild acne in my t-zone area more breakouts on my forehead (Thank god for bangs) and I only used one sample of this and did notice it worked instantly on my blackheads but I still can see whiteheads on my forehead.... My question is asking if anyone that used this noticed a difference in whiteheads? I know one time won't make a crazy difference but I wanted to find out first before I invest in a full size... I only have one more sample to test sadly. Please let me know :)

I saw some results after the first use. I had two zits fall off of my face, revealing clean skin underneath. I use this as well as a light moisturizer and cleanser. I AVOID exfoliating face wash, it just disrupts my skin even more and increases my acne. Also, Clinique's spot healing gel works wonders for nightly use. You only apply this on the acne itself, not over the entire face.

you'll still have to extract to see results. not all black heads and white heads just come out on their own. sometimes, whether we want to or not, we have to squeeze our pimples. i think this product makes it easier to extract.

I haven't used this for long enough to notice a change in whiteheads, however just letting you know that having bangs can actually exacerbate your problem! The oils in your hair are getting all over your forehead and can cause some pretty bad pore clogging! I do think this product combined with other anti acne skin care products could help take care of your problem.

I saw results overnight. Because it detoxes your skin it might cause more breakouts at first before your skin gets better. And it gets better quicker after using the mask. You might just have to deal with a few more breakouts but they will go away fast. Just speaking from my own experience!

I saw a significant improvement on blemishes that would have turned into whiteheads had I not used the mask. I didn't have any fully formed whiteheads but any that would have come to the surface were stopped in their tracks and my skin has been smooth and acne free.

I have oily to combination skin and this worked wonders for me! My skin felt more even and, for once, I woke up with no excess oil around my nose and forehead. I suggest to use this at night after washing your face with a gentle cleanser. Then, wipe off the mask after 20-30 minutes of wearing it with a hot, wet wash cloth then immediately put on your daily moisturizer. It worked wonders on my combination skin.

Nasty smell?

i tried this product and had it on my skin for about 30 seconds before I had to wash it off and wash my face 30,000 times because the smell was so awful. It smelled like a full diaper pail. Is this normal?! Or did I get a bad batch?! Either way, I am so disappointed and am out a lot of $$$!

Diaper pail?....I would guess that you received a bad batch of product. Notwishstanding though this product does have a strong scent mostly of licorice. If you cannot tolerate it Sephora has a very generous return policy ypu should be able to return or exchange easily so you will not be out any $$$$

I recently purchased this product and I'm wondering how often to apply it? I have sensitive, dry, but acne prone skin. I recently started getting crazy breakouts and I haven't had any acne problems ever before but because of my sensitive skin, it usually breaks out if I wear too much makeup. This has nothing to do with this product, but if your make-up is making you brake out, then you might be allergic to it. I worked at a make-up place, and I've noticed that people's skin would clear up just by using a different foundation they're not allergic to.

Hello, I also have sensitive combination skin and like you have to be so very selective and careful about what products touch this skin. GlamGlow product is high quality. When I first received my jar, I cleansed my skin then did a tester site of my face to see how well my skin took to this product. By the next day, I was masking my entire face with wonderful results!! I recommend using twice weekly. Hope this helps you girl...

The product instructions say you can apply as often as you want. However, if you have sensitive skin I would suggest starting out with one a week or maybe even once ever two weeks until you see how your skin reacts. You can also play around with how long you leave the mask on--you may want to keep it on longer over time as you see how you react.

For sensitive, dry skin, I would be super careful. This product is geared towards those with oily skin. It does tingle a bit when applying and I can only imagine what that would feel like on sensitive skin. If your skin is dry, you don't want to be pulling the oil out of it by using this product.

I got a sample of the Clearing Treatment yesterday. I just used it and was blown away by the results! I just got on Sephora.com to see what other products GLAMGLOW makes. My skin is final similar to yours, as I'm plaqued with enlarged pores, blackheads, combo skin with more toward the oily most days, and dull, sallow complexion. I just came across a GLAMGLOW set, which has the full size Clearing Treatment, and 2 .24Oz tubes of the Tingling and Exfoliating mask.....for the same price as the full size of either product! I moisturize after using it. It leaves my skin feeling tight and on the drier side. When I put my moisturizer on immediately afterward, my skin drinks it right up. I use Shiseido brand and it hasn't had any adverse effect on my pores.

I would recommend it. This is a very cleansing product, and while I didn't feel it stripped my skin, it was definitely tight (in the best possible way). My pores had all but disappeared after just one use. I used a light moisturizer for comfort just before applying makeup, and still felt the amazing effects of the treatment all day long. My skin has never looked better!
