I would definitely recommend it. It goes on smoothly with great coverage and moisture.
I live in Central Florida and have used this product for a year or so and love it. If you are fair complected, use this with an additional 30 plus spf moisturizer under it. Sephora has some great moisturizers with great sun protection for those of us that live in the Sun Belt!

Missha Perfect Cover, from Korea.
If you are dry, I don't think you will like the texture of the V7. It is the only one of the Dr. Jart BB creams in the tubes that I do not like. If you are looking for minimal coverage, Perricone's No Foundation Foundation original formula is more yellow based. For more coverage I love Dr. Jart's Premium Beauty Balm, but it does run a bit pink. The Renewalist Beauty Balm is less pink, and has a less radiant finish than the Premium, but has a much better texture than the V7. I haven't tried the new Essence Cream, but I like that it comes in different shades. It might be worth a try. If you are dry, I would not recommend Smashbox's BB or CC creams. You might also look at the new one by
Bobbi Brown, as her foundation colors tend to be more yellow/ beige based as a rule.
Try Dr Jart Renewalist BB Cream. It's light and you can barely tell your are wearing it. It's in the red tube
