Yes, there is a slight peppermint scent. It is not strong, nor does it linger on your skin after applying to your face. I think it does nothing to help/hurt the product - just makes it different.

It smells like a tin of altoid mint when you open then package every time, but the scent on your face is very light. I really enjoy it & the mint makes you smile!

Yes, there is a peppermint scent. I didn't find it too strong and it doesn't last, but I like peppermint too. Leaves a nice tingle on the skin

While blotting, I feel a slight tingly sensation and smell the barest hint of mint. The smell doesn't linger on your skin at all.

There is indeed a peppermint scent. When you first open the plastic packaging, the scent is certainly noticeable. I've found, though, that after having it in my bag for a few days, the scent becomes less potent and more of a nice after thought.
