For a natural, every day look for work I love using Vanilla Nuts as a base and blending Cafe Au Lait lightly throughout the outer corner and up into the crease. If I want a darker smokey, I blend either Coffee Ground (dark brown), Rich Coffee (looks black on the skin) or Deep Night (Navy) just on the outer corner. These come out fairly dark so just a dab on my fair skin is all I need, unless I'm going for the more dramatic look.
For a bronzed summery look I love Sunlit as base and blending Cameo throughout the crease.
These are really the only colors that have enough pigment to show up on my skin, but they are so pretty it made the pallette worth it. The Cafe Au Lait and Sunlit are my favorite.

Most of the LM just as great as a "one swipe" and add liner such as Coffee Grounds, then out the door. I find Plum Smoke & African Violet and GUAVA best as a one swipe plus liner used alone. Vanilla Nuts is a great solo or add mix with the Cafe Au Lait. The Coffee Grounds is my favorite liner. GUAVA is also a great all over plus add a liner. The pink and cafe au lait is a great mixer
