Yes, it is machine-washable. I would use a 'permanent-press' setting, or something even gentler. It is the hot pink color that is shown - I think that's the only color available.

It can be machine-washed. No fabric softener and non-chlorine bleach. They recommend placing it in a small laundry bag to avoid snagging other items in the laundry load. Hope that answers your questions!

Bright pink just like the picture.
Label says machine wash/dry -- haven't put it through the machine myself yet.

Abolutely YES, throw it in the washing machine, it launders beautifully. As for the color -- it's a dark warm hot pink. I wish Sephora would start making the mitt in at least one other color too so I could add it to gift baskets for guys (I'm sure guys would love the mitt if it wasn't so darned pink). But as a female, I love the hot pink color for my own self!

Question
What is the texture on the inside of the glove like?
Is the coarse side of the glove also coarse on the inside? Is it going to scratch up my manicure?

It's lined on the inside! I had no problem putting it on the day after I got a two degree burn on my hand so manicures should be fine.

No, the inside of glove is not rough and textured like the outside. It has a fabric lining. Hasn't messed up my nails.

Mine feels pretty soft on the inside all over. I couldn't imagine you'd have a problem, unless you used it right after, or the same day of your manicure.

Can this product be machine washed? If so, do you have to air dry it or can it be dryed as well?

I would machine-wash it, but air-dry it. Because it's made of artificial materials, I doubt it could handle anything higher-heat than an air-dry setting, anyhow.

You can machine wash it and machine dry it just like an ordinary washcloth.

This item is made of Aquitex, a microfiber fabric made with ultra-fine microfibers. That is straight from the packaging. In my experience microfiber materials are made mostly of synthetic material.

YES, if you lube up your face really good with a moisturizing face soap first. DON'T use it on face skin that is JUST wet, definitely add something slippery first like soap -- and go EASY at first until you find out how much "scrubbing pressure" your face skin likes. That being said, my skin is delicate & sensitive & I love LIGHTLY scrubbing my face in the shower with this mitt. It's VERY exfoliating -- great for using before self-tanner, for example. DEFINITELY I do my face first (before the rest of my body) & then I machine-wash(and air dry) the mitt to get ready for the next time. The mitt launders beautifully and when it's squeaky clean, your face skin may just love it!

I would not use the coarse side on your face, much too abrasive. But you can get more gentle textured gloves that you can use with a light touch on your face. Just look in the spa/bath section of most drugstores, etc.
