I would go one shade darker than what you would think. The product is very very light and doesn't give much coverage, so a darker shade might work better.

what is the difference between 130C and140C. Not sure which one to select. Really hard to tell from a computer

130c has a pink undertone and is a bit lighter. 140c is a tad darker with yellow undertone.
