I think it should be fine as something similar happened to me (accidentally shook up). Just let it rest upright and the sediment should fall to the bottom, as mine did.

It will separate back. Just leave it for a couple days and don't mix it up when you go to use it. I found if you stick a q-tip in the bottle for application it works perfectly.

Not a good product to get online. It will not go back to it's original form, I reccomend returning it. I accidentally shook mine while traveling and it hardened and I had to purchase new one. Amazing product- but needs to be handled EXTREMELY carefully. I always go into the store to purchase this one.

This happened to me too when I moved and it got shaken in a box. Just leave it for a while- maybe overnight, and the sediment will all settle back to the bottom of the bottle. When using, dip your q-tip all the way down into the pink stuff, and apply where needed.

I personally use this at night as my very last step at you don't want to rub it off. Exfoliate, cleanse, tone, treatment (serum, etc.), moisturize, EradiKate.

Apply it before you go to bed on a clean face with nothing else on it.

answer 3
Before anything, on a clean face. It's meant as a spot treatment, and at night because it looks like pink goo on your face. If you're applying cream or something at night, just don't do it on the spot.

answer 5
Since this product leaves a noticeable pink residue it is best to use it at night. As far as before or after moisturizer, I would say moisturize around the area since the application area is covered in dry film of the product and moisturizer would interfere with the product.

Question
Overnight?
I'm about to purchase this treatment and I'm just wondering if it's the type of thing you leave on overnight, or do you just do a spot treatment for 10-15 mins and rinse it off?
Thanks!

I apply this product to spots at the end of my nighttime routine and wear it overnight. Most of it has come off by morning. It would probably be even better to wear on a day off at home!

You could wear it in the day if you were just around the house (or if the calamine lotion/chicken pox cream look is what you're going for). It's a night product, though no rinsing. It may actually mess up/stain your pillowcases, so be super stingy if you have silk bedding. It's a fantastic spot treatment, so it's worth the risk of bedding stains for me :)

I go about my normal routine and just wash it off as a result (specifically, I use my gentle exfoliator and then cleanser, etc.).

First, gently remove the excess sediment. Use a gentle face wash to fully remove. Then use toner and your daily moisturizer.

It seems to not really be there anymore when I wake up. However I just wash my face as normal which would remove any excess should there be some.

Question
Can you travel with this?
I recently purchased this and it has been a holy grail for my skin. I'm going on vacation for a week next month and I was wondering if I can take it along, or will it get ruined from the movement?

DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THIS PRODUCT! If its shaken up, the pink sulphate in the bottom will activate and then it won't work. You will have to throw it out and buy new one. There is a travel kit that comes with "pre-dipped" applicators. The price for these, personally, is way too expensive. Try going without the product for a little while. But if you cannot go without putting this product on your face, I would buy the travel kit.

I have!! The only thing is the do not shake instruction. So when you travel it will mix the two layers and will only work once the product has time to settle. So what i've done in the past is put it on the counter as soon as I arrive at my hotel and it's ready to use by night time.

I find that once you start using the product it really helps with whiteheads, but after awhile it's just not effective whatsoever. That's just based on my own personal use. And it doesn't do anything for blackheads.

Question
Ordered Online - Arrived Shaken!
I ordered this product online and it arrived completely shaken up! The liquid inside the bottle is a smooth, creamy pink. Will the mixture properly separate and resettle with time, or should I return the one I received and purchase it again in stores? Please let me know! I would love to avoid the hassle of exchanging it in person.

Hi 27eve, do not worry that your bottle arrived shaken! Prop the bottle on a flat surface and wait for the sediment to settle. Once the heavier sediment has settled to the bottom, it is okay to use again.

I don't know the exact number but many many many many more uses. I've been using it everyday for a month and it still looks almost full. Extra tip, use fine tip q-tips to avoid wasting product (Muji has amazing ones).

don't shake, you want the pink potion at the bottom- that's what dries up the acne. avoid getting the clear liquid as best you can, by using a q-tip.

answer 2
Hi,

The bottle has an alcohol content (the clear liquid that you see on top of the pink solution) that is needed to keep the pink sulfur based solution from drying. The real product is the pink sulfur solution at the bottom of the bottle. Therefore, we are not supposed to shake the bottle. We are suggested to dip a q-tip to the bottle to get the real product out and apply it on the acnes. I hope this helps.

Yes! I see a considerable difference the next day (I apply before bed). If it's on a full-blown pimple I find that two applications (once a day) gets rid of it, and one application for about-to-be pimples.
