no they have eye cream specifically desighed for their eye area!
Personally, I've been using it around my eyes, as I believe these are the areas most quickly affected by aging (due to the thinness and delicacy of skin-to-bone). However, the product itself does warn to "avoid contact with eyes and eyelids..." and recommends "UV protection moisturizer over daytime use" (likely due to the effect of the Retinyl). So, I would advise, yes, use AROUND eyes, but cautiously, as the ingredients are potent, and probably under-eye is as close as you can get.
