The facial treatment mask is basically infused with Pitera essence, while the 3d redefining mask has, other than pitera, Oli-Vityl, Signaline and Niacinamide in its formula. These ingredients are usually used (and very powerful, in my humble opinion) in anti-aging formula, promising a firmer and more moisturized skin, helping with redefining contours. I personally don't believe in its capacity of redefining contours (there isn't enough scientific data supporting the allegation that any topic cosmetic is able to do such thing as redefining contour), and would see "firming" as a result of temporary tissue tightening feeling, as a topic product doesn't have the power to change such deep structures. That said, all of these components work wonderfully as anti aging ingredients, and can deliver very good results.

The regular mask is cut in places...for instance there are slits near the cheeks and the chin. You just place it on your face and make the mask fit by pushing it flat against your face.using the slits to stretch and fit your face. The 3D. Version has no slits. Its literally 3D meaning its not flat. So there's not as much stretching and fitting involved.
