I looked at the "How to Use" instructions on this website to figure it out. Just unfold it, put it on your face, and leave it there for 15-30 minutes or more. Don't wipe off the extra liquid after you take the mask off--just leave it on or rub it in.

I had to go back to the info online. It's says ten minutes but I usually do anywhere from ten to twenty.

You open the packet take the mask and unfold it slowly and carefully. The side with all the product on it you put on your face. It is a mask. It has eye cut outs and mouth cut outs. I leave it on for 30 minutes take the mask off my face and rub in the remaining product into my face

Once a week, and yes you can store it in the fridge if you lilke it cold or in your bathroom under the sink.

I found it best to store the masks in the refrigerator because it feels great when you put it on. It gives it an extra kick! As far as usage goes, you can use them a few times a week, or once a month. They are a bit pricey, so i have to take that in to account, but if you've got money to spend, use them as much as you would like to!
