Question
Is the applicator flocked or not?
I see other pictures of this product online and the applicator is flocked, similar to Clarins Lip Perfector or ELF Liquid Lipstick. The image on Sephora's site shows what appears to be a smooth plastic applicator. Which is it?

answer 1
No the applicator is not flocked. It is plastic. You have to twist the base to get the product out and often end up with more product than you need.

The applicator has a sponge tip. The product is distributed through the sponge by turning the base of the tube.
answer 3
The applicator isn't a brush type applicator, but it isn't plastic. It's like a spongy felt applicator with a hole in the middle.
