no, it's really rich but absorbs quickly &evenly. the smell is gross though, smells like orangesicle, not grapefruit.

No not really-my skin is dryer than most, so most moisture feels soothing when I apply it. But the texture is off-the-charts! Just give it 8-10 minutes after application and it will be completely absorbed without greasy residue on your skin and without oiliness residue.
