The Deluxe Sample that I got with my last order says Eau de Parfum on the box, so I'm guessing this is too.

Yes this is an EDP, which is the second strongest in the scent olfactories. I purchased this as soon as it came out. I get nothing but compliments on it, I would say (depending on your personal body chemistry and activity level while wearing) that you can expect the fragrance to last 4-5 hours before needing a touch-up. This is a really great day and night fragrance.

This is one of Guccis top sellers. i live in Austin and drove to their outlet in San Marcos and they were out of it by November, thats why I ordered it through Sephora. I would not expect a sampler until late spring because of the high volume of sales through this holiday season, but, I could be dead wrong. I hope this answers your question.

If you buy at any counter of ANY deparment store... just ask for a fragrance sample. They likely would give you a sample or sampleS they have of their company. Unless they are out of samples....

How similar is this fragrance to Gucci by Gucci?

I've been having an increasingly difficult time finding Gucci by Gucci in stores and even online. It seems as though it might be discontinued?? Since the bottles are so similar, I was wondering if the fragrance is similar as well? Or it is perhaps the same fragrance with a new name to revive the market for it?
