Even though the powder looks white, it goes on smoothly with no added chalky color. Even on my light to fair skin it doesn't show extra white and I have yellow undertones.

No I am tanned (medium to dark I guess) and I use this powder. It should be used sparingly anyway

I do think this powder is for fair skin as the "transparent" powder looks like baby powder on my olive skin
