Ouidad Omega-3 Replenishing Hair Treatment

What it is: A nourishing hair treatment that provides hydration and superior shine to rejuvenate hair. What it does: Utilizing a potent blend of omega fatty acids (Omega-3, 6 and 9), this formula helps restore the natural lipid barrier of the hair and fortifies its protective surface layer. This deeply hydrating, wash-out treatment breathes new life into hair. Made with Ouidad’s proprietary amino acid cocktail—including flax seed oil, passion fruit seed oil, and acai pulp oil—the formula recreates the protective lipid barrier and rehydrates the hair shaft, restoring and replenishing lost moisture. Harvested from the seed of the macroloba tree, indigenous to the Amazon rainforest, the certified organic macroloba oil in the formula helps to promote softness and shine as it delivers both conditioning and reparative benefits. What it is formulated WITHOUT:- Parabens- Sulfates- Synthetic Fragrances- Synthetic Dyes- Petrochemicals- Phthalates- GMOs- TriclosanWhat else you need to know:This product is ideal for those with dry, damaged, or tired-looking hair. Over time, low levels of omega-3 fatty acids are associated with excessive dryness, dullness, and brittle hair. As hair becomes dry, it becomes fragile and stressed, resulting in a dull, lackluster appearance.

Question
How to use as an intensive treatment?
I just bought this product and used it as a replenishing treatment by applying it in the shower for about 5 minutes then rinsing and loved the results. I was wondering what more specific directions are for using it as an intensive treatment? Do you apply to wet or dry hair? Also do you use conditioner after?
