answer 2
It is not messy. I apply it right on my scalp and massage it in.
I put another dropper full in my hands & work it through the ends of my hair. Nothing will get on your pillow. I love this product!
I use it several nights a week. I would not use it if it was at all messy.

answer 3
It absorbs within seconds and you don't even know it on your hair or scalp. It's clear liquid, and it does not stain, and only a couple of drops are used upon application. It's a little product that packs a punch

answer 2
I apply on my dry scalp after a day of a hair style. I would assume that it would work the same with clean, freshly dried hair but you will want to rewash your hair in the morning once it has been applied.

answer 3
i use this and i put it on at night on my scalp & the rest of the hair. It doesnt leave any residue of it on my pillow, leaves my hair smelling nice & feeling soft in the morning. Do not put to much on other wise your hair will feel like theres too much product on it especially in the morning when you have slept on it. i felt that way when i put to much on one night by mistake. lesson learned less is more. ive noticed a different in the spot where i put it. i would recommend this to someone whose open-minded about trying new hair treatments

I found my color to last longer (did not fade) after using this product. My color specialist even commented on the difference not knowing I had been using a new product in my hair.
