Question
How do I get it out?
I just opened my box, I'm twisting pumping, doing everything I can think of and nothing is coming out of the container. What am I doing wrong? I'm about to get a hammer! I think I'm going to take it back to the store to see if it is defective, but any input would be appreciated.

It frustrated me too. Finally I figured out to pull the little rubber stopper. It was kind of hard - I had to use the edge of my pinky fingernail to pry it off.

You just need to push down, and it should come out. yours may be defective.

Just pull the lid off and then push down gently and the products will come out those three small holes on top! Slick! No waste!

Once you take off the top, push down on the top of the jar (white part) and moisturizer comes out of middle whole. You can pump a little or a lot.

Take the lid off and turn the top counter clockwise... the more you turn it clockwise the tighter you are making it. It comes off very easily!

After removing the cap, just press the white top down holding your fingers close to the edges and the cream will be dispensed from the hole in the middle, Hope that helps!

only one or two times did I think maybe a spot was the result of this product. That's not very many considering how long a jar lasts.

This is definately too rich for acne-prone skin. This does not help acne.

I'm in my mid-30s and never have had trouble with breakouts...even with this cream, until recently. It seems to be different now? The finish is different, not as much hydration as before, and it's breaking me out like crazy! I don't know if my answer helped much, but as soon as I discontinued this cream, my face cleared up. A shame, I used to love PTR products!

Maybe that's what it is. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to open it when I got it. There's a little rubber stopper you have to pick out of the top once you pull the lid off.

Yes, it's packed in an airless jar and you pump out whatever you need for each application. It's deceiving how much remains, but seems to be lasting.

Yes. You push down and the cream comes out of a little opening in the center. Keeps any air from getting into the rest of the cream.

I am 33years old, blackheads and sometimes few hormonal pimples ( ja line and cheeks). Im also dehydrated and start some wrinkles and saging. Is this moisturiser is dapted for my skintype ?

Not sure I would recommend this for oily skin because it leaves my skin (which I call normal) kind of dewey for a couple of hours after application. I have thought it would feel too moist if my skin was already oily.

This moisturizer is safe for dehydrated skin to use but will react differently on everyone. Try to visit your local store for a sample to try first.
