Questions & Answers for Korres Wild Rose Daily Brightening & Refining Buff Cleanser

Question
Is this used after cleansing, or is this an all-in-one product that doesn't require a first cleanse?

I honestly wouldn't use it as an all in one cleanser. It is a bit rough and might cause some dryness if using too frequently. I'd personally recommend something a little more gentle, like the Philosophy Purity Made Simple cleanser. I use this in the morning while I'm in the shower. It smooths out my skin and makes my makeup go on flawless! Then at night when taking off my makeup, I use the Purity face wash - that stuff is like liquid gold!! It is an incredible cleanser!

Personally i use this after cleansing with a gentle makeup remover with cotton balls or etc after using a creamy oil face wash or on skin that doesnt have makeup on it. Using scrubs even if they are directed to clean off makeup isn't such a good idea bc you're exfoliating around all the dirt and impurities while you're deep cleansing.

I use a makeup remover wipe to take off all my makeup before using this cleanser. I would suggest taking off all makeup before using this to get the most out of it!

I love using this at night, after having my makeup on for 8-10 hours. I don't use any makeup remover, just this, scrubbing in circles for at least a couple minutes... I find it doesn't have any trouble washing my makeup off, even on days when I've dressed up with eyeshadow/blush, etc.

Probably not, i break out a little bit usually around that time of the month. I felt like the scrub spread my acne around. I had a blemish on my chin and two days after using this i had quite a few in the same area.

I have oily/combination skin as well, and I used to have breakouts up, down, sideways, and inside out. In the fall I went to the salon and I got a peel, which was expensive, but worked fabulously at getting rid of sooooo much of my acne scarring. (I got a "PCP Peel".) After that, I started using the Korres nightly facial cream, and that along with this scrub and Boscia's black cleanser have kept my skin looking so incredibly fresh and soft and clear. Hope that helps! :)

My skin is like yours and this product has been great with it! I have also paired it with the Pomegranate Toner and the Quercetin & Oak creams. I am not sure if it is the combination of the product or not but my makeup has been staying fresh much longer. I also have more color to my face, and I was able to switch to a lighter blush now. I am very happy with this product.

This product should be good for moderately oily/combination skin. I don't know how effective it would be on VERY oily or acne prone skin, but should be good for most average to oily skin.

Question
i am 18-21 age range and just ordered this, the more I am reading I am wondering is this only for people who want an anti-aging product?
I just ordered this with the sleeping facial in the same line because i heard such amazing things about it and i have acne prone skin, mostly black heads that arent noticable so i pick, causing scars so I thought maybe these products would help improve my skin in all making me not have anything to pick at while improving the previous scars from picking because this is something i realize i need to stop I didn't get it so much for the anti-aging so now I am second guessing weather this product is for me or not?

Question
I had rec'd a sample of this and used it. I really liked the results. However, I have Rosacea, and was wondering if I used this weekly, is it ok?
Also, I am currently using Philosophy purity cleanser and miracle worker moisturizer. I had also tried Korres anti-aging base and primer and like it. I am considering using other Korres product, cleanser, moisturizer, eye cream. I am wondering if due to the sensitivity of my skin I should stick with Philosophy products, try the Korres, or do you suggest another brand altogether? Thanks for your help.

Just as long as you use this scrub gently and oly once a week you should be fine, korres is a natural brand and they don't have a lot of irritating products added to their skincare. Philosophy is also a good brand but korres milk protein cleanser is ridiculously soothing and washes away really well i would recommend josie marans argan creamy oil for sensitive skin bc it works wonders!

I like this for my sensitive skin. I am not a fan of the philosphy skin care products. Before purchasing this I used the clinique 7 day scrub or the Soap and Glory face scrub. This seems very gentle on my face. I really like it a lot.

I used to use this day and night every single day for about a week and my oily skin seems to be taking it fine. Then I noticed that the area where I'm usually oily started to get dry and flaky I switched to just using it once a day and my skin's been fine since then.

I've definitely used it multiple times per day, but I normally just use it in the morning. The cleansers are gentle enough to use twice a day. I would advise massaging your skin gently so you don't over-exfoliate.

Hi K0123,

We do not recommend using this cleanser with your Clarisonic because it may be too harsh and irritating to your skin. This cleanser can be used on the days you do not use your Clarisonic.
