It is a subtle shimmer that can be worn during the day. You can add more for evening. The nice thing is that its not "glittery".

I think you can wear it everyday, but in the day it may give you skin a more shinny, oily look if it's applied to heavy. Light application of this is key. I think it looks most amazing in the evenings though.
