It's actually a collection of 8 eye shadows- not 6, so you're really missing 7 items, not 5...
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but by knowing how many were supposed to be in there you can make sure they send you the correct amount. Hope it works out and they make their mistake right!

I had the same thing happen, though this is actually the 8 pack. When I checked the UPC # and confirmed that they messed up, I called and they're sending the correct item, and are requiring that I send back the one that was sent originally. I'm not positive that the person on the phone understood, and she did ask for the "packed by" number, but of course it was illegible. Hopefully I get what I ordered soon.

Is the Park Avenue Matte and Shimmer Eye Collection loose powder or pressed powder?

The listing didn't say they were cream, so I presume, maybe incorrectly, that they are powder. Do you know what the new Lancôme shadows in a jar are like? They're a sort of pressed powder. Are these shadows like that?
