I usually moisturize right after and the redness lasts about an hour to two.

Yes, you should moisturize right after the peel. Redness depends on the skin type you have, but this should not be long, maybe a couple of hours.

Definitely. Street you rinse clean, pat your skin dry, and use a shooting moisturizer.
I apply my moisturizer right after I use this product. Your skin is more ready to accept all the benefits of your fave moisturizer after it has been properly prepared. And, it is very soothing. I do this peel at night and by morning, I am fine.

Your skin will be red anywhere between a couple hours and a full day after using this mask. Don't worry, that isn't something to be concerned about; the more intensive a peel is, the longer your skin will be reddened. If an exfoliator or peel doesn't leave you red at all, it probably isn't doing much to resurface your skin. A little redness shows the product is working effectively.
You can (and should) apply a moisturizer immediately after using this mask. However, be sure to use a basic, hydrating moisturizer instead of one with any AHA's/BHA's. I would recommend the Greek Yogurt Moisturizer from Korres, or Josie Maran's Argan Oil. Vitamin E, Aloe Vera, and probiotics are great to apply to your skin after a peel, but Vitamin A and Vitamin C should be avoided.
I hope that answers your questions!
