Eyeliner Swivels or Needs to be Sharpened?
I can see the point of the eyeliner just under the surface of the black paper, but cannot figure out if it should swivel up (at the base of the pencil or at the top) and am wondering if it actually needs to be sharpened. I use the buxom pencils which swivel up, so perhaps I am over-thinking this. Please help!

If anything you could try swiveling it, and if it that doesn't work, just go ahead and sharpen it!

It needs to be sharpened. I have the big and bright eyeliners too (the twist up ones) but the Round the Clock Eyeliners are not like that. Any old sharpener will do!
