Yes it does, but I find the pressure to be too high. It's hard to dispense "half a pump" if that's all you need. I end up wasting a lot which is frustrating esp. considering the price per bottle.

Yes it comes with a pump. The pump honestly isn't that great because you cannot control the amount that comes out, but I haven't had problems with it. It helps get that hard to reach makeup at the bottom of the jar too!

might depend on what you're sensitive to. this not only gave me acne, but made my skin feel itchy and hot. it's the chemical sunscreen :(

I also have oily skin that is acne prone. I do have a skin care regimen that helps control it a bit though. This foundation has never broken me out, as long as you wash your make up off every night, you should be good to go. It is a hydrating foundation so it can look a bit shiny at times, i just blot off oil about twice a day.

I consider myself very acne prone. First off, I suggest using murad products (the trail kit has a months worth of product to try for $30! So worth it). I've been using them for almost 3 weeks and my skin is looking so much better (not perfect, it takes time). Also, this foundation is nourishing. It hasn't broken my skin out at all. Tarte is so friendly to skin like ours! I use their shadows, eyeliner, blush, gloss and powder. This stuff is great!

I would test this in stores and get a sample to see if it will break you out. Personally I noticed that this foundation looks bad with oily skin though, It starts to separate and look really funny throughout the day on my forhead.

I have oily skin and am prone to breakouts. I have not experienced acne cause by using this product, but it tends to leave my face shiny on warm days so that I have to touch up with loose powder or blot.

Tarte foundation seems to run dark. I would try the lightest of the shades or go to a Sephora store and have a consultant do your entire face with the shade she or he thinks will work for you. That way you won't get home with the wrong color.

I usually have trouble finding a color fair enough for my skin, but the Fair in Maracuja Miracle Foundation is actually a great match for me. It doesn't look chalky or yellow and the formula is awesome. I would try testing out the Fair in your local Sephora...it might be a good match for you as well.

This foundations has very similar if not the same colors as discontinued Tarte Recreate foundation, so if the previous color didn't work I'm afraid you out of luck.
BUT I might be wrong and if you live close to Sephora get a sample, if not you can order color fair and returns are always free.
This is great foundation, moisturizing, great coverage and dewy not shiny though finish.

Oh my gosh!!! I just finished up my bottle of Double Wear. I Didn't think I would ever find anything that compared.. I tried samples of Make Up Forever, NARS, Stilla, Benefit, Smashbox, and Urban Decay. Then I used Tarte Marcuja Foundation... You will love it! Just as good, if not better than Estee Lauder. It is all natural as well, which I skeptical about at first. You will not be disappointed with Tarte products. Try the Clean Slate flawless brightning primer, its great also!

I am a long time user of Double Wear and all EL products.. I left double wear for Dior Nude which I loved, then went for this and just was not happy. Thought it was ok but DW light was better. BareMinerals has me now

answer 3
I used to use double wear by Estee a long time ago but it became too drying for my skin. I would say I have normal/combination skin. This foundation had a nice application but I did find that my skin became shiny as the day went on and I had to add powder to get rid of the shine. It could be I need a different primer or it's more for someone with dry skin. I'm thinking this might be better for the winter when my skin is dryer. Now Urban Decay has just come out with a new foundation I love- it's called Naked Skin. This one by far is my favorite! Good luck with your foundation.

Question
Chemical sunscreen?
Does this foundation contain oxybenzene? The ingredients here on Sephora's site say titanium dioxide, but Tarte's website lists oxybenzene as well as other chemical sunscreen ingredients. I just expected a "natural" brand to not contain those harsh chemical sunscreens. It is such a bummer if in fact this contains oxybenzene seen as though I am huge Tarte fan but I will have to pass on this.

I definitely agree with your chemical vs natural perspective. Although it contains a worrisome ingredient for you, I feel that the benefits outweight that! The maracuja is amazing along with how awesome this foundation is and as a person with oily-combination skin in addition to the spfs I don't think it's a biggie! The spfs would do more good than harm and to achieve this much protection you can avoid gooping on spf prior to make up applications by this line, give it a chance :)! But if that's an issue then the only other line I can think of is bare minerals. Because other lines won't be as 'natural' in terms of the ingredients in the actual make up itself.

I would go with the tarte website answer. There are about 3 or 4 chemical sunscreens in it. One is definitely the one you mentioned. I remember when I bought it, it came with an ingredient list and that was one.

I would go with the ivory shade. I don't consider myself pale at all and the light shade I'm wearing is honestly a little too dark. I think they run dark. And nothing is worse than a foundation that's too dark!!

Tarte ReCreate vs Tarte Maracuja Miracle
I have been using Tarte Recreate foundation in Cool Sand 10 and really like it. How does the Maracuja Miracle foundation compare and what color would you recommend? I have combination skin that is getting drier as I age and I have occasional hormone-related acne issues. Thanks.

I have used the other product my like you my skin as I age can't decide if it wants to act like a teenager or an octagenarian LOL This foundation works well in conjunction with my skin care routine... if it helps at all I am using First Aid Beauty's regime as it calms my skin and keeps it moisturized without being slick or oily

This foundation goes on as a liquid, but does dry on your skin. I apply with clean hands to get a smooth, all over rub. If you're worried about your skin appearing too dry, I would also recommend coupling it with Tarte's Arcadian Clay finishing powder. I have the translucent powder that I apply after foundation, and again after blush and bronzer. It's an extremely natural powder that fills in any unwanted lines and 'dry look'. This is one reason why I like this foundation because I'm on the go and it stays in place if I get too warm or oily during the day. The 12 isn't too dark - My skin is much lighter now that summer has ended and I've been using it throughout the year :) Hope this was helpful!
