The Nude is a warm, but pale, shade but almost the color of most people's natural lips. It does look great over a slightly darker lip liner or if you just like the feeling of great lipstick, on its own.

My best advice is to try colors first. This product is developed to change with your own lip color. Grege looks very nice on me, I have medium skin, bright evergreen eyes, and freckles. A warm pink mauve, like an antique rose painted on a china tea cup.

I have 228 and I'd say that fits the description of a warm rose. It's definitely a rose and I have warm undertones and it works beautifully for me.

I just got my tube of Grege this afternoon, and these ingredients are listed on the box (it's making me rethink my purchase, as all the beneficial ingredients are listed last, and therefore in the smallest quanitites):
