Question
After using this priduct, I put on my Urban Decay BB Cream and it began to flake as I put it on. Why?
I have combination skin and it has been rather dry lately. I moisturized with an oil-free moisturizer a few hours before applying the primer and makeup. The primer felt absorbed but I applied the BB cream almost immediately after. Just wondering if it's the product that's not right for me or I am not applying it correctly. In ever came across this problem with a primer before.

I had issues with this primer too. Try using less primer, since you have already purchased it. I have come to love Philosophy's no makeup makeup as a primer (it doesn't have the silicone texture), but Smashbox seems to have the best primers. I would ditch this one once it is gone.

Question
When using under eyes, does it prevent concealer from settling into fine lines?
I have a few fine lines under my eyes & when I use concealer my fine lines are even more apparent. I was told to use a silicone primer to prevent that from occurring & was curious to see if this primer would help me with my dilemma.
