answer 2
It does not seem to dry normally. May work better with an LED as stated in the instructions but I've not tried it.

Hi!

Yes, you need the LED light or UV lamp.
Sephora has the whole kit to get started that includes the LED light, top coat/base coat & color of your choice, plus a whole bunch of other stuff!

You can, but you must use a uv light. I dont like to use it with out gel polish but my sister does and has no problem with it.

answer 2
If you use this on top of a regular polish it still requires the uv light to dry and will not last. It will chip and peel.

answer 3
No, this Gelshine top coat is only for use with a Gelshine manicure as it has to be ‘cured’ for 30 seconds with the LED light.

Question
Ingredients
I am severely allergic to tolulene and any form of formaldehyde. It literally burns my nail beds, causing the white "tip" of the nail to extend ~3/4 down to the cuticle. The nails then lift up off the beds.

It is VERY uncomfortable and painful and takes 9-12 months to heal, so I want to be sure that if I try this system that it doesn't contain any derivative of tolulene or formaldehyde.
