Why aren't they drying???!
I followed the directions exactly and I find that the nails don't actually dry for about 4 hours after I'm finished. They are tacky and sticky and hair and lint sticks to them for hours afterward, and it is really annoying. Once they finally do dry, and I wash them, they are sealed and shiny. I have tried "curing" them for much longer than the suggested time and it did not help.

You must follow the steps exactly. immediately after curing the top coat, you wet a nail pad with the nail cleaning spray and wipe down your nails to remove remove the residual gel as instructed in the directions. Your nails are not wet when that lamp turns off, you just have to wipe them down as directed after your final top coat.

I found that they were tacky after curing; however, once I used the alcohol spray to wipe them down the tackiness went away. You didn't mention if you did that step or not, so that would be the first thing to check.
