No. This product helps tone, but only exercise, and working your muscles can give you a six pack.

Wouldn't I sweat it out of I apply before a workout?

I was looking at the other Q&As for FatGirlSlim and the product is usually applied after taking a shower and after a workout (one question was answered where applying before a workout means you'll just sweat it out). I'm confused. :(

I bought this recently at the Bliss spa and the Bliss representative said that this is ideal for using during a workout because as your pores open up it helps absorb and boost the effects of the gel. Also, the Fat Girl Slim is a cream and Fat Girl Six Pack is a gel, which adheres and absorbs differently into the skin. I use this prior to working out and have never had a problem with it “sweating off”. Try it once before working out and see for yourself, if it does not work for you then use it after workouts, but my own experience is that I have never had a problem using this while working out.

Same effect as Love Handler, or better?

I see that FG SixPack product has basically all of the same ingredients-AND SOME-as Love Handler; does that mean SixPack is pretty much a new & improved version of Love Handler?

Do you think they both have the same effect/produce the same results, or is one more effective than the other?? I want to try them, but they're a bit pricey so I don't want to spend the money for BOTH!!

Love handler for me took a longer time before I was able to see some changes. But for FGsixpack it seemed like only a few days before i noticed my tummy to become firmer. Mind you, that this only works with exercise and good diet.

the box says you should use it twice a day to see any effect. well I did and it only lasted 2 weeks and I saw no effect. I heard that for some people even when they saw some minor improvements, the improvements disappeared 2 weeks after they stopped using..

I have found that its effects are most noticeable when applied as directed, twice a day. It won't melt your fat away or work wonders, but it is a great addition to exercise and a balanced diet.

Yes, this does work but you have to put it on twice a day as instructed. You still have to exercise & eat properly but it does flatten out the belly puffiness. It's amazing. Definitely ask for it for Christmas!!

regarding your question about "lasting effects" I would say no. It does show some improvement over a few days of using consistently but as soon as you stop it stops. (i.e. I had to travel for work and all the "work" it did disappeared.
