Only shampoo your hair before using. Also try to stay away from shampoos and conditioners with alcohol. It dries your hair out.

It depends. Is your hair very damaged? If yes, then I would get this one

Allow me to preface by saying; If I were you, I'd stop using your current product line - anything! The products have certain ingredients that are not good for hair - at all. Taking into consideration that perhaps you do process your hair.
I've read comments about the expense of WEN products, however I must disagree. I do love the scent of many other shampoo & conditioners out there, thing is, one may use a myriad products; shampoo, conditioner, styling products, anti-frizz, hair spray, sleek products, etc etc etc, this all adds up. If, indeed feasibility is your middle name, consider WEN for all your needs. I purchase WEN online and the savings are phenomenal.

Yes, this product can be used after your regular shampoo and along with a regular conditioner. I highly recommend leaving this product on for at least 20 to 30 minutes as directed before rinsing. This will provide the best results. I hope this helps

No. Your hair should be clean and wet. Apply and leave in for about an hour then rinse and enjoy your renewed hair.

the product is meant to be used after using the cleansing conditioner. However I have applied it to dry hair. It still works. However on dry hair I find I have to use more of the product.

Unfortunately hair must be damp or it won't be easy to work through your hair, you would want a full coverage when using this product.

I only get about 2 uses from each one. I only use it when my hair is in bad shape. So I would say about 4 times a year.

I would honestly use it only once a week. It is way to expensive to use every day. Once a week definitely does the job

Every day use if severely damaged. I use this as an overnight treatment (under a cap) weekly and once in between as a 10 minute conditioner in shower.
