I use this under the Sephora collection powder foundation. The BB cream by itself will give a light to medium coverage so you can absolutely use it as a foundation. I like to use the powder on top of it to mattify my skin.

Yes, I use this as a foundation everyday and I don't need concealors or primer or anything else that takes even more time to apply =) This product has been a tiny miracle for me and it's helping make my skin look healthier and better hydrated as well.

I use this under Bare Minerals and it's awesome. They work great together. The BB balances out the complexion and the mineral powder gives it a matte finish.

I use it under concealer stick, powder blush and powder highlighter. It works great, and doesn't cake. Even after a full day. Even my foundation wouldn't do that.

I use this in place of foundation. It gives me enough coverage that I don't need anything else. I set it with a finishing powder or a few swipes of my bare minerals.

This can be worn under a liquid or a powder foundation with great results. I couple mine with a powder foundation and have gotten many compliments on how nice my skin looks. The BB cream acts as a primer so you should get all day wear out of the foundation.

I have used this bb under both cream and powder foundations. I find that it makes an excellent base for both. I also use a primer underneath it, but not always (sometimes I forget!). I think it really helps to smooth out the skin and helps your foundations to have better coverage. I think this would work well on its own as a primer, as my makeup always sets well on top of it.

It's consistency is more like liquid make up, it's loose not that thick.

answer 2
Before pumping you need to thoroughly shake the tube. Otherwise the pigment and oils can separate and it becomes ineffective. The texture is a mix between a cream and a liquid. Its not super thick, but it's not runny.

I would recommend shaking the contents before using. They are emulsified ingredients but they can separate. Understandable with all the ingredients.

Sounds like you got one that got too hot or too cold during transport. It shouldn't be runny at all. I'd return it for a new one.

I liked this product and the coverage it gave. Any makeup will clog, just be sure to clean your skin completely and remove all traces of make up. I have sensitive skin, and this did not bother me. Great coverage all day. It is not as heavy as most foundations, and you do not use as much. A little goes a long way.

No, invest in a night serum/treatment. Though BB creams have skin care properties- their main purpose is to take place of a foundation. If you want good results that benefits your skin- invest in good skincare and replace your foundation with a BB cream.

I do not believe it would apply well with a Beauty Blender. Using your finger tips is the best way I found to apply this product. It is essentially a tinted moisturizer so imagine applying moisturizer with the sponge. Might damage your blender as it may be difficult to clean it afterwards. Hope this helps.

It is free of mineral oil and as with anything with a sunscreen in it, it creates a barrier on the skin so you would want to thoroughly wash your skin at night. I don't believe you could really refer to it as non-comodogenic.

I have been using this BB creams for about four months, I too have acne prone and oily skin. Do far so good! I have not had any breakouts since staring this product and in fact one of my favorite things about this cream is that at the end of the day my face is not oily like it use to be. You should try it, if your still not sure get the smallest size which is under $20 and try it out yourself.

answer 2
I am olive/medium skin with yellow undertones and this makes my foundation look way off when i put it over this. When it comes out the bottle it has sort of a "clayish" or grayish color and when i put it on my face it still stays that way. I actually really loved the quality and texture of it and it made my skin feel amazing but I cannot deal with the color. Maybe this would work for someone without yellow undertones or maybe someone with a lighter complexion but otherwise it created a grayish cast on my face. Would love it if they made this in different colors.

answer 3
Some BB creams are suppose to match every skin tone. I am light with yellowish undertones and it works very well with me. It comes out gray, but after you apply, it's suppose to match whatever skin tone you are. No idea why, but it just works that way. Look up more on bb creams online and most that only come in one shade will say the same thing.

answer 4
The color is definitely light so it will probably work for you in the winter I don't know if it will fit your undertones that are yellow its more neutral for undertones but it is light since bb creams are targeted at lighter skin tones most bb creams are light if they don't have color options

Hi there, I read your question regarding this product (that Im anxiously awaiting it's availability), unfortunately I cannot answer your color question, however, you may want to post this question on BeautyTalk. I'm not sure if you're familiar with it, but that's where I post all my questions, comments etc. And usually receive an answer fairly quickly. If you're not famaliar with BT, it's under the Advice tab, and tons of boards to post questions to..... I'm very active within BT because I live an hour and a half to the nearest store. Question
need primer?
Hi! I had a more general question concerning BB cream, which is... do i need to put on primer first before BB cream? I heard it's better to use primers because it generates a 'shield' to bad materials in cosmetics ... is that true?
And how does this product go with primers? (I'm considering that gal from benefit) Thank you!

Keep in mind that BB creams are not foundations, which is what primers are for. Foundations tend to be more mask-like, with fewer active skincare benefits. Bb Creams are a multi-purpose product that offers light coverage and evened skin tone, along with moisture, SPF, and anti-aging features.

Using a primer with a BB cream would create a barrier between your skin and the cream's beneficial properties. So no, I don't recommend it. In fact, it would be more suitable to use a BB cream as a primer itself for a heavy foundation. It would treat, hydrate, and protect while prepping the skin for another product. Just use sparingly and let it absorb first!

I feel that if you put primer on this, it would defeat a lot of the purpose of this BB Cream. It acts not only as a sunblock but moisturizer and skin care product and foundation.

You could use a primer, as I do put on a moisturizer below my BB cream as well, and have NOT had any adverse affects (no breakout, no greasy feeling). It dries matte with a little bit of a healthy sheen. I think you'll like it! :)
