I contacted Perricone, and they said this product can be used day or night, but not both. I don't think you should use this and Retin-A at the same time. If you want more of a "challenge," get the strongest Retin-A and use it every night. If you're already doing that, have you tried using Retin-A on damp skin? That might kick it up. I learned that trick back in the 80s when I had a bad case of acne.

I asked a sephora associate at the hollywood location if i could use this with retinol and he said yes. he said I could use the vitamin C first and wait a few minutes before putting on the retinol on top. He also suggested trying the vitamin C on the area I needed most and using the retinol around it and comparing the two ways (with retinol on top and without) and seeing which one my skin likes better. we all have different skin but YES it is safe to combine them.
