I got a broken product and don't know how to demand a refund
I ordered this product and got one last week. The problem is that the product was broken. I attached a file to show the condition.
I'd like to demand a refund, however, can not find any way to get a refund in Sephora webpage. What can I do?

I was surprised to see your question. One need never "demand" a refund with Sephora. If you bought the product you wish to return or exchange in a store, just bring it back to the store. If you got it online, look at your packing slip: there is a return label and easy to follow instructions. You can also return an online purchase to a store.
The first thing you might want to do is call their Customer Service toll-free number. You will speak to one of their knowledgeable, professional, and very nice customer service reps. He or she will answer any other questions you might have.
Sephora has NEVER asked me for a reason for a return or questioned me about a return. I have always been treated the same whether returning an item to Sephora or buying an item.
When you take care of this, if you haven't already done so, you will see that you were needlessly worried. Sephora is an excellent retailer who treats its customers like they were friends.
