Definitely try this Pomegranate Cleanser. I found the Clarifying Cleanser to be very drying. For occasional breakouts I've used the Murad Clarifying Mask as a spot treatment! Really works! If I were to use it all over my face, I would use it as intended, meaning I would use it as a mask washing it off after ten minutes, but as a spot treatment, I would apply it before bed after washing with the Pomegranate Cleanser, and leave it on all night, washing it off as part of my morning regime. Please note that I've never used the moisurizer, but if your store will give you a sample, try it before buying it.

It sounds to me like you may be reacting to the very natural ingredients in your facial wash. I understand b/c my skin is very similar and I break out in tiny pimples when I use products with too many strong flower or plant ingredients. I think you should try Murad. I go between the pomegranite and the clarifying cleanser. I get a little too dry with the clarifying cleanser but it is excellent for keeping acne at bay (and I refuse to go on Accutane!) I also use the pomegranite mask. Great for shrinking pores, cleanng out black heads. I highly recommend that you try it. And, you have a guarantee with Sephora. If it does not work, return it! Good Luck

Actually I have been using this to remove my makeup in the evening and post work outs. I use the clarifying cleanser other times when I just want to refresh my acne prone skin. The great thing about Murad is that his products are non-comedogenic so the products won't clog your pores.

You should definitely use the Murad AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser a few times a week to address the pimples/oiliness. I use it about once a week when I feel like my skin is getting a build-up. The Clarifying Cleanser would probably be your best bet for a daily cleanser, since your skin is more on the oily side. But the AHA/BHA scrub is going to help give your skin a deeper cleanse.

The murad product line worked well for my acne. I think you should just use a very simple regimen and the murad acne complex line is just that. I would hold off on getting the pomegranate moisturizer until you get your skin in the condition that you want. Stay positive and drink plenty of water.

The best product for ane-prone skin is one that cleans the pores and kills bacteria, but leaves the skin soft and balances oil production. This foaming wash is great for removing makeup and as a basic gentle cleanser, but does not have the elements needed to remove acne. I hope this helped!! xoxo

I have acne and this cleanser seems to really help my skin out. My skin used to be kind of dull from the zits, but this cleared them out and added true radiance! But, in the first week of use, it makes acne worse (gets down in pores and forces everything out) so just be ready for that. The lotion that is in the same regimen as this is wonderful! It really is oil free! The only thing I don't love about the lotion is that it smells sunscreeny.

While I use other anti-acne products too, I notice that I break out more when I run out of or stop using this cleanser for several days. So I think it does help with acne some. And not too drying.
