Question
Does this get rid of bumpiness, does it cause "purging" of the skin first & is this gentle?
Sorry so many questions. I have been trying to take care of bumpiness on my skin and can't seem to find something that works. I am currently using the PTR 2% salicylic wash and while it has been clearing my breakouts, I don't see much help with roughness. Is this gentle enough that I may switch and it will not cause more breakouts?
Thanks!

on Glycolic Acid 3% Facial Wash

this did not cause "purging" like a salicylic does for me. It also did not seem to irritate my skin further or make it itchy like a salicylic does. I think everyone is different on which works better but for me this is it. The glycolic acid also seems to do a better job of fading old acne marks as compared to salicylic, hope that helps!

Sorry, I can't answer that question. My skin is sensitive and I am going thru menopause and having some issues. I don't use this product everyday, only 3-4 times per week but so far I like what I am experiencing. I'm not sure what you mean by "roughness".

I wouldn't call this "gentle", but if you use a good moisturizer it's great. Clears acne, oil and bumpiness/roughness. I use an antioxidant serum after then moisturize. My skin looks great now!
