I'm just curious as to whether this shampoo contains sulfates. I didn't see a link to the ingredients, and I'm quickly learning that even the shampoos you'd think wouldn't contain them, do. Thanks!

It is SLS-free, but has "Sodium Coco-Sulfate." Here is a list of ingredients:

This product doesn't contain SLS. It has a soy-based lathering agent. SLS turns my hair to straw, and I can't use anything with it. This shampoo has been a great alternative.

I posted the above ingredients originally but after seeing the comment about different ingredients from the other poster, I looked at my bottle and my friend's and noticed there are different ingredient listings on the same shampoo! So, take my ingredients I listed above with a grain of salt! I am not sure why two bottles of the same shampoo have different ingredients unless as some point the formula was changed?? Sorry for the confusion (I am confused too!)!

I use Paul Mitchell's condition that does not need to be rinsed out. Just a dime-size bit rubbed around in my hair after shampooing works just great for me. I have very fine hair with some coloring.

I have used the Pomegranate conditioner, also made by Fresh, with the Soy shampoo. It's fine, but it does minimize the great smell that remains after the shampoo alone.

It depends on your hair type. I have oily, extremely tangly hair that tends to fall flat, so I use the Fresh Pomegranate Conditioning Rinse. If your hair is normal to dry, or tends to flyaway, I'd suggest the Fresh Meadowfoam Conditioner. It's thicker and creamier (read: heavier). I use it once every week or two to keep a nice balance.
