I can't say with 100% certainty, but the texture and color of the bristles lead me to say I'm 99% sure that the hairs are natural.

Difference from Pro Smoky Crease #31?
How is the Pro Crease Brush #10 different from the Pro Smoky Crease #31? Is one larger than the other or more dense?

I have both and the 10 is more for blending colors out/diffusing, whereas the 31 is better to apply color since the 31 is noticeably denser.
