answer 1
Use a combination of stroke with circular motions. It all depends on the area of the face. Around the eyes a dabbing stroke is best.

I use it for under eye concealer, but I dab and use sweeping motions.

answer 3
Circular works best for me but make sure where you are more hair prone (upper lip) that you end the motion downward.

Is this a good brush to use for contouring?

You can contour the cheek bones with the brush but not the temples or the forehead…..The surface area of the brush is too small.

answer 2
This brush only works best with liquid products so it might work with Sun Beam by Benefit but won't blend any other formulation effectively (or at all). The Sephora #75 brush (or any angled brush) would work much better for contouring with a powder bronzer.

Question
Compare to Sephora Pro Tapered Foundation Brush #58
Is there any difference between this brush and the Sephora Pro Tapered Foundation Brush #58? Beyond bristle color, they look identical. Is either better than the other for applying liquid foundation or concealer? Is either better than a regular foundation or concealer brush?
